I, Olga Sezneva, residing at Aalsmeerweg 113-3, 1059 AG, Amsterdam, NL, hereby promise to pay back in full, the borrowed amount of twenty two thousand euro plus interest to Mark Swindle at [Mark’s address].

I will pay the amount in full on December 31 2018 plus 2% annual interest (24, 290.00 euro total). If I fail to pay back the borrowed amount in full, I will pay 50% of the loan (12,144.00 euro) on January 2, 2019, and the remainder shall come to 4.8% APR paid over two years in monthly installments. In case the borrower defaults, lender shall seek all remedies available to him on the court of law.

As the borrower, I am aware of the right to be informed that the note can be transferred by the lender to another party. The original terms and agreement will remain effective, but the debt will be payable to a different party, which will be agreed upon at the time of transfer.
